What are in ear monitors?

The idea is very simple itself. Replace the cumbersome and feedback-prone floor monitor and sidefill speakers with a small wireless device, in the preformers ear, which would convey the monitor mix straight to the ear at a volume that could be controlled by the preformer themselves. We can provide the complete monitoring system which is compatible with the majority of sound equipment.
